- Delivery Timeline: * Standard: 24–48 hours after the gift is received/wrapped.
- Express: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Handling: All wrapped items are transported in secure, upright containers to prevent crushing or tearing of delicate ribbons and papers.
- Self-Collection: You can drop off and pick up your items directly at our office in Court Tower, Business Bay.
- Failed Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply to ensure the gift’s aesthetic integrity isn’t compromised by multiple trips.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Because our services involve custom labor and one-time-use materials, our policy is as follows:
- Custom Services: Once a gift has been wrapped and the materials (paper, ribbons, embellishments) have been cut, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for “change of mind.”
- Errors on Our Part: If we use the wrong color, theme, or material specified in your order, we will re-wrap the item at no additional cost.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the wrapping process has begun.
- Damage: If a wrap is damaged during delivery by our courier, please notify us immediately at 0525338556 with a photo for a complimentary re-wrap or credit.
